Cape Leveque - City Plan
Recognising that the Cape Leveque standard plan requires a large building area we created the City Plan to provide similar accommodation but reduced in width to fit on a site as narrow as 14.6 meters.
Slightly larger than the Cape Leveque Plan A, the City Plan retains the generously proportioned bedrooms on the lower level with the master suite and retreat on the upper level. The living areas and kitchen are combined into one cavernous space with soaring raked ceilings flowing through to the rear alfresco area. The stair to the upper level and gallery overlooks the living room and kitchen and provides ample storage underneath.
The City Plan can be adapted to suit the alternative exterior designs offered for the standard plan or we can work with you to create your unique style.
